Contact Center Sales Advisor Advisors assist
members on utilizing the credit union to improve their quality of life by effectively
cross selling our products and services; Advisors expeditiously research and resolve
member concerns/issues. Must have two years experience working in financial services
institution, preferably in a call center environment, and have excellent communication
skills and an aptitude for cross selling. Must be PC proficient, a team player and enjoy
multitasking. (Bilingual English/Spanish) preferred.
Electronic Services Specialist (1 PT Position) We are seeking a
dependable individual to provide accurate/quality transactional sales and service to
members. Candidate must be knowledgeable regarding electronic delivery systems,
products and services, credit union rules and regulations as well as consumer
legislations i.e. Reg. Z, B, etc; must be able to proactively and effectively assists
members and cross sell. Researches and resolves member concerns/issues. Provides
trend analysis for online services, and maintains service log which tracks utilization and
issues; additionally maintains administrative records including procedures and vendor
contracts and records. Two year college degree or two years experience in a related
field; excellent communication skills with an aptitude for cross selling; computer
literate.
Residential Loan ProcessorInterviews applicants and counsels members on residential mortgage financing options;
processes pre-qualifications for loan requests and produces initial disclosures; handles
daily phone, internet and mail inquires; processes loans using desktop underwriter and
performs Good Faith Estimates upon request. Ability to provide quality customer
service while cross selling Credit Union products and Services. Two to five years
Residential Mortgage Loan processing experience. Experience must include processing
mortgage loans sold to Agencies, i.e. Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac as well as
Correspondent Lenders. Applicant must posses knowledge of Fannie Mae’s Loan
Quality Initiative (LQI) as well as experience successfully applying and complying with
LQI’s mandates. High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate
effectively and demonstrate a professional and courteous manner to members and
staff.
Florida City
Assistant Branch Manager Individual must be a great motivator,
very organized, must have high self-esteem with excellent interpersonal skills and a
high level of energy in order to feel comfortable with mentoring, coaching, training,
and conducting departmental meetings. A broad knowledge and understanding of;
Branch Operations including but not limited to: Compliance (BSA, CIP, Reg Z etc),
Audits, Balancing, Coaching, Training, Sales, Account Services, and Unsurpassed
Member Relations. Experience in Consumer, Real Estate and Small Business lending
required. Provide excellent member service (internal and external). Assist the Branch
Manager with proper staffing plus on-going training and coaching of the branch
personnel to ensure branch excels at sales and service. Candidate must have a four
year college degree or equivalent practical related experience in a financial institution.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
