Personal Service Advisor/Teller (1 Part Time Position)
Individual must be
dependable with a high level of interpersonal skills. Must possess an elevated
level of knowledge in providing financial products and services, consultative
sales, loan origination and compliance (BSA, Federal, and State regulations).
Knowledge of branch operational duties. Candidate must have the ability to
provide excellent service (internal and external). High School graduate or GED
equivalent required; two years experience in a related field, with similar
responsibilities; two year college degree preferred; effective oral and written
communication skills; computer literate; must have knowledge of teller functions;
enjoy working in a fast paced sales focused environment. Bilingual
(English/Spanish).

Branch Manager
The Branch Manager will manage the daily branch operations by providing complete financial services to the membership in a professional manner. Individual must be a great motivator, organized, with excellent interpersonal skills and high energy; must have the ability to mentor, coach,
train, and conduct meetings. Experience in Business Development; cultivating existing book of business and developing and establishing new business by meeting and presenting to employee groups on a regular basis. Candidate must possess a broad knowledge and understanding of; Branch Operations including but not limited to: Compliance (BSA, CIP, Reg Z etc), Audits, Balancing, Coaching, Training, Sales, Account Services, and Member Relations. Experience in Consumer, Real Estate and Small Business lending is required. The candidate must be able to provide excellent service (internal and external) with excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. Must be PC proficient (advanced level) and be goal oriented. Must have three to five years experience, preferably in a credit union or other financial institution.

Call Center Agent
(1 Full Time Position, 2 Part Time Positions)
Agents
assist members on utilizing the credit union to improve their quality of life by
effectively cross selling our products and services; agents expeditiously
research and resolve member concerns/issues. Must have two years experience
working in financial services institution, preferably in a call center environment,
and have excellent communication skills and an aptitude for cross selling. Must
be PC proficient, a team player and enjoy multitasking. Bilingual
English/Spanish) required.
