Having trouble getting a checking account? Maybe you’ve been told you don’t have enough credit history? Maybe you’ve had problems in the past? Now there is a way for you to open a checking account with Power Financial. The Get Checking program is designed to help you open a checking account and learn how to manage your finances wisely. Our alignment with Consumer Credit Counseling Services will help you learn about the checking account options that are available to you while learning smart money management at the same time. Once you attend the Get Checking Program workshop*, you will receive a certificate. Then simply bring your certificate, opening deposit, and necessary identification to Power Financial Credit Union to open your Get Checking account. Now that’s the way to get on track.
