The following opportunities are available as of 6/10/08:


SHERIDAN:

Call Center Agent (1 FT & 2 Part-time positions)

The successful candidate must have one to three years experience working in a financial institution, preferably in a call center environment. The successful candidate will be PC proficient, have excellent communication skills, and be a team player. Candidates must enjoy working in a fast paced sales culture environment. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.


Home Equity Loan Closer/Funder

The successful candidate will prepare Home Equity (HE) loan closing packages once approvals have been obtained, and disburse HE loans according to laws, policies, procedures and timelines. The candidate will responds to member and staff inquires within the established timelines, policies and guidelines. Ensure all loan documentation is completed and forwarded to the Quality Control area; sets up new HE loan files, request evidence of insurance, place and remove holds on member's accounts, contact member to discuss disbursement process, orders flood certificates, prepare FACT Act notices. Candidate must have 1-2 years experience in processing; underwriting experience preferred.


Residential Loan Processor

The successful candidate will interviews applicant and counsel members on residential mortgage financing options; process pre-qualifications for loan requests and produce initial disclosures; handle daily phone and internet mail inquires; process loans using desktop underwriter and perform Good Faith Estimates upon request. Ability to provide quality customer service while cross selling Credit Union products and services. Three to five years in Mortgage Processing and Underwriting. High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate a professional and courteous manner to members and staff.


Sales and Service Manager

The successful candidate will manage and lead the sales and service of the credit union products to our current members and our local community. They are responsible for ensuring that the CU attains its annual goals and maximizes relationships with current and potential members by effectively directing the sales and service functions; they maintain updated sales and service reports; networks with businesses and community organizations to ensure the continued growth and market presence of the credit union. Provides quick turn around and professional responses to complex and sensitive service issues. Uses sound judgment when investigating and resolving service matters, while striving to obtain an equitable resolution and assure a high degree of member satisfaction. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required and 5 -10 years of related experience.


Teller (2 Full-Time positions)

Requires a minimum of one year banking/finance and/or cash handling experience. Candidates must have excellent bilingual communication skills & enjoy working in a fast paced sales culture environment.




BLUE LAGOON:

Branch Manager

The Branch Manager will direct daily operations by providing full financial services to the membership in a professional and timely manner. Candidates must have excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. Must be PC proficient (advanced level) and be goal oriented. Must have five to seven years experience in a supervisory position, preferably in a credit union or other financial institution environment. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.



KENDALL:

Teller (1 Part-Time position)

Requires a minimum of one year banking/finance, teller, and/or cash handling experience. Candidates must have excellent bilingual communication skills & enjoy working in a fast paced sales culture environment.
