Requirements:

  • Home must be primary residence and/or retirement/vacation home.
  • Property must be located within the State of Florida.
  • Loan must be first mortgage or refinance of first mortgage.
  • We offer up to 95% financing on certain programs. (Qualified members).Terms: 10-year minimum, 30-year maximum offered in increments of five (5) years.
  • Monthly payments may be conveniently transferred from a Credit Union Account. Rates are subject to change daily.

Insurance Requirements:

  • Flood insurance required if property is located in zone A or V, flood insurance must provide for the amount of first mortgage.
  • Homeowner's insurance.
  • Private mortgage insurance required on mortgages with more than 80% financing.
