SHERIDAN:

EFT Specialist

The successful candidate will effectively and efficiently handle the ACH process (including disputes and pre-notes), unauthorized transactions, file transmissions, notice of changes and returns. The duties also include providing information regarding direct deposit information (payrolls) and other general electronic services. Knowledge of NACHA rules, experience with Fed line terminals. One to three years experience with wire transfers, reclamations, and general office work preferred.


File Vault Clerk (Part Time)

The successful candidate will work on temporary project. The successful candidate will be detail oriented and have the ability to perform tasks according to set procedures in a timely and accurate manner.


File Vault Clerk (Temporary-Part Time)

The successful candidate will ensure the integrity of the file vault at all times by monitoring requests and outstanding files in a timely manner. The incumbent is responsible for making files for newly acquired loans, securing Original Real Estate Notes in the fire proof cabinet and ensuring a copy of note is in the file. Additionally, they prepare satisfaction of mortgages in a timely manner in order to remain in compliance, update paid out log for future tracking of paid off loans. Additionally, they will monitor files with outstanding recorded mortgages and follow up with Real Estate Quality Control Officer. One year related experience preferred.


Fraud Analyst

The successful candidate will assist in identifying potential fraud/abuse cases. The focus of this position is to reduce the net fraud loss dollars. The successful candidate will handle the identification and initial investigation of fraud abuse accounts as well as analyze losses, identify fraud trends, and make recommendations to adjust parameters, among other responsibilities. Must have solid fraud analysis/investigation, insurance experience and solid technical and analytical skills. Six months to two years experience preferred.


Mortgage Loan Originator

Originate mortgage loans by developing business contacts within the community, realtors, brokers, and builders. Making sales calls to prospective mortgage and business customers, assisting the customer in completion of the application and disclosures, review of mortgage loan documents for accuracy, placing the mortgage loan with the mortgage department for submission to the processor. Maintaining state and federal compliance; attending mortgage loan closings when necessary. Two years or more of related experience.


Planning & Forecasting Specialist

The successful candidate will lead the Planning & Forecasting group in the development and maintenance of budgeting and forecasting models. The position administers the Asset Liability Management process including the evaluation of cash flows; assess earnings and NEV impact of rate changes. Develops and implements performance metrics. Performs various ad hoc financial analyses and reporting as needed to support business strategies. A college degree in Accounting or Finance with 5-10 years experience in planning, forecasting and variance analysis. Strong ALM background. Ability to perform and coordinate high level economic analysis and understand complex financial models. Ability to interact with peers and management. Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and manage time sensitive deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy.

Personal Service Advisor/Teller

Requires a minimum of two years banking/finance, teller, and cross selling experience. Candidates must have excellent communication skills & enjoy working in a fast paced sales culture environment.



FLORIDA CITY:

Personal Service Advisor/Teller

Requires a minimum of two years banking/finance, teller, and cross selling experience. Candidates must have excellent communication skills & enjoy working in a fast paced sales culture environment.


HOMESTEAD:

Teller

Requires a minimum of one year financial institution and/or teller experience. Candidates must have excellent communication skills & enjoy working in a fast paced sales culture environment.


JUNO:

Teller/PSA (Part Time)

Requires a minimum of one year banking/finance and/or cash handling experience. Candidates must have excellent bilingual communication skills & enjoy working in a fast paced sales culture environment.
