We sincerely thank you for your patience, loyalty and choosing us for your financial needs, as we navigate through these uncertain times. The pandemic has proven to be ever-changing. We are constantly monitoring and adjusting our business operations to serve you as best and as safely as possible. This effort demands understanding and flexibility from us all to acheive this objective.

Due to the escalation of COVID-19 positive cases in Florida, and in particular the acute rise impacting Miami-Dade County, we feel it prudent for the protection of our members, community and staff, that effective immediately, we limit branch lobby occupancy at our Kendall and Florida City locations.

The Kendall Branch will closely monitor the number of members permitted access to the branch lobby. Our hours of operation will not change.

Our Sheridan and Florida City Branch will return to primarily serving you through our Drive-Thru. The hours of operation will not change. If you need access to your Safe Deposit Box or another service other than a monetary transaction,  please proceed to the Drive-Thru with your request and we will guide you the rest of the way.

We would like to take this opportunity to apologize in advance, as we anticipate that with the continued spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) there is certainly potential for branch closures. While we are following guidelines from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and our local municipalities, we are unable to give advance notice of a COVID-19 related closing. These closings may become extended as situations evolve. Please understand that we do not plan to reduce our branch footprint, but rather provide a temporary response due to staff availability and health-safety initiatives.

We invite you to visit our website at www.powerfi.org, follow us on social media or contact us at 800.548.5465 to confirm branch availability prior to making a visit. Should you need to visit the branch, facial coverings are mandatory at all of our locations. You will only be asked to remove it for a few seconds for identification purposes.

You can deposit checks, pay bills, view your eStatements, transfer funds, pay other people (P2P) and apply for a loan or a credit card from the convenience of your home.
