Mobile & Online Banking Deletion

If you’d like to delete your mobile and online banking user profiles: 

 
  • Send an email to [email protected] 
  • Type “Delete User Profiles” in subject line and provide a phone number
  • Do NOT include sensitive information (e.g. account info, passwords, Social Security #, etc.) 
  • Our team will reach out to confirm request

Please note when accounts are deleted: 

 
  • You will no longer be able to log in to online or mobile banking
  • If you opted in to receiving electronic statements, your preferences will be changed to receiving paper statements. Note: there is a $2.00/mo. paper statement fee. 
  • Any activity previously set up within online banking or our mobile app will be disabled and/or deleted. This includes account alerts, Bill Pay payments and payee info, External Transfers, Member Transfers, and scheduled or recurring transfers, as well as any history for these services.
  • Your PFCU accounts and loans will remain open and unaffected. 
  • This process is only used for deleting your online/mobile banking profiles.
